- Open Fedgroup TrailsOnce you’re registered, you can access Fedgroup Trails in the app.
- Choose and pay for your passSelect a day pass, an annual solo membership or a family membership. Pay in person at the Trails Container.
- Get your armband activatedA staff member will give you an armband and scan its QR code alongside the QR code in your app to link it to your account.
- Enjoy the trails!Once your armband is activated, you can access the trails covered by your pass.

How does the Fedgroup Trails annual membership work?
A Fedgroup Trails annual membership unlocks unlimited access to a connected network of private trails across the Cradle of Humankind, for an entire year. Members can explore different MTB routes, family-friendly areas, scenic dam-side sections and more technical mtb trails terrain across multiple venues.
Ride a gentle family loop one weekend. Head out for a technical MTB session the next. Start at a different venue each time, link sections together for a longer route, or keep it short and social with coffee and brunch afterwards.

A staff member will help you download the Fedgroup app and register for an account in the app. Open Fedgroup Trails in the profile section.

We will activate your armband and scan its QR code alongside the QR code in your app to link it to your account.
Where do I collect my armband?
Armbands are currently available at the Syringa Park Fedgroup Trails Container, Avianto Hotel Reception and Cradle Moon Activities Centre.
Do I need to wear my armband?
Yes. Your armband is your access pass and must be worn whenever you use the trails.
How can I pay?
Only card payments are accepted. We are not a cash facility.
